Tofu Chocolate Mousse
Very simple and healthy(?) little chocolate treat.
Ingredients

300 grams (one package) silken tofu.

100 grams dark chocolate.

30 grams syrup of choice.

Maple, agave, or chocolate syrup work.

Adjust amount to desired sweetness level.
Instructions

Melt the Chocolate in your choice of microwave, stove, or sun.

Blend the package of tofu and syrup together until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate and blend again until homogeneous.

Put into ramekins or cups and chill in the fridge for ~30
minutes.

Top with extra shaved chocolate, fresh berries, a mint sprig or
. . . nothing!
